A beautiful family full of life and joy that lives in one of the poorest neighborhood in Tuxtla Gutierrez, Chiapas. The Father, a hard working man 55 year of age, has diabetes and is getting hard for him to work, but even then, he has two jobs, one as a night guard caretaker of a school and one as a street vendor. The Mother, a house wife , mother of 3 teenagers and home group leader of their church. Both of them together with their 3 daughters shared one bedroom, as you can see in the photos, the house was just about to fall, every raining season the inside of the house was full of water, and in windy days they often lost parts of the roof of the house.A friend, owner of a construction company in Victoria, BC Canada, donated some money for the renovation of this house, but we could not finish it. We still need to buy windows and door, we need all the electrical system and as you can see the washroom outside needs to be redone all together. One thing that is in our heart is to be able to buy some furniture for them as well as finishing the house.
